  • Absolutely. Our retreats are designed for all levels. Whether you’ve practiced for years or are unrolling a mat for the first time, our sessions are "flow at your own pace." We focus on the connection to nature and the season rather than complex acrobatics.We offer a range of solutions designed to meet your needs—whether you're just getting started or scaling something bigger. Everything is tailored to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

  • We believe in a "stress-free" experience. Your registration includes:

    • All yoga and meditation sessions.

    • Lakeside accommodations (2 nights/3 days).

    • All meals and snacks prepared on-site by our personal chef.

    • Guided hiking and park entry fees.

    • Access to kayaks and onsite amenities.

  • Our personal chef specializes in vibrant, nutrient-dense vegetarian meals. We focus on seasonal South Carolina produce to keep you energized for our hikes.

    • Note: We can accommodate vegan, gluten-free, or specific allergy needs. Please mention this during registration.

  • To keep our retreats intimate and communal, we typically offer shared rooms (2 or more people per room) with twin or full-sized beds. If you are traveling solo, we will pair you with a fellow "Moonchild"!

  • We offer flexible pricing based on project type and complexity. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.

  • The beauty of the lake is present in all weather! We have indoor "rainy day" spaces for our yoga sessions and workshops. We only cancel outdoor hiking if conditions are unsafe.

  • Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from our Summerton, SC location. We will provide a specific address and arrival instructions a week before the retreat.em description

  • Because we secure our chef and accommodations well in advance, deposits are non-refundable. However, if you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to a friend or family member up to 7 days before the event.
