Wednesday - Hatha Flow
In-person hatha flow— Seasoned beginner—Every Wednesday at 7-8 PM.
A Seasoned Beginner flow offers a welcoming, slower-paced practice tailored for yogis who know the fundamentals and want to deepen their strength, stretch, balance, and breath. This class emphasizes mindful alignment in foundational postures, using guided adjustments and clear cues so you can refine your form safely. Expect longer-held standing poses and gentle transitions that build muscular stability, targeted stretches to open tight areas, and balance sequences that challenge proprioception without rushing. Breathwork is woven throughout to cultivate steadiness and focus, making this flow an ideal step toward more advanced practices while honoring where your body is today.
Hiking and Yoga
Co-hosting a guided hike at Lee State Park (487 Loop Rd, Bishopville, SC 29010) with short, hiker-friendly yoga: warm-up stretches, mobility breaks for hips/knees, and calming poses at scenic stops.
What to expect:
Relaxed, supportive pace for beginner–intermediate hikers
Clear alignment cues and modifications
Breathwork and brief mindfulness
Time for photos, water breaks, and exploring
Bring:
Comfortable layers, sturdy shoes
Yoga mat or large towel (lightweight ok)
Water, snacks, sunscreen, bug repellent
Optional props (small towel, strap, block)
