Great for beginners and anyone that loves being by the Catawba River. We will do a short and easy yoga flow at the beginning of the hike. The trail is 3 miles total out and back. We will start promptly at 9:30 a.m.
What to expect:
Relaxed, supportive pace for beginner–intermediate hikers
Clear alignment cues and modifications
Breathwork and brief mindfulness
Time for photos, water breaks, and exploring
Bring:
Comfortable layers, sturdy shoes
Yoga mat or large towel (lightweight ok)
Water, snacks, sunscreen, bug repellent
Optional props (small towel, strap, block)
Meeting details:
Arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in
Ages 12+; under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
