We’ll begin with a gentle, guided yoga flow designed to stir the solar plexus chakra—the center of personal power and creative spark—so you leave feeling energized, grounded, and ready to create. After movement and breath, settle in with brushes and canvases to paint a summer-themed piece.
This class is welcoming to all levels—no yoga or art experience required. Whether you’re an experienced artist or picking up a brush for the first time, you’ll be supported every step of the way.
